How many explicit descriptions of various sexual activities should be included in a poem suitable for a 9th grader? As a parent of a 9th grader, my answer would be NONE.
First Turn to me…. is a poem assigned to 9th grade Edison students chock full of sexual descriptions like “cuck your c*ck”, “my feet wind up at your neck and ankles”, “suck my c*nt for a thousand years”, “you can only f*ck me up the a** when you are drunk”, and other different ways this lady came. I don’t even understand the educational value of sharing this with 14/15 year olds. Gail is with me on that, see her FB post below.
By the way, Edison school district received a 20.8 MILLION dollar increase in state funding for the 24/25 school year. Maybe they can use that increase in money to find better English teachers.
