Its great to see parents joining up in mass numbers to fight for our kids. Its high time we made a presence at these Board of Ed meetings. Parents are getting loud and BOE members are getting crazy. We only have one person to thank for this toxic chaos.
Shamong, Toms River and Williamstown and a great showing and those meetings were off the hook. Shamong was rowdy, loud and refused to wear masks. Williamstown had cheers from the crowd each time a person spoke and intimidated the BOE to a point where they walked off in the middle of a speech.
The superintendents and BOE are losing their power. They are losing control of the situation. So they are acting up. That’s usually what happens when adults and toddlers know they can’t get what they want.
When we refuse to comply and when we pull our kids from school, we are winning and they are losing. And they know it.
So these superintendents and BOE’s start doing crazy stuff.
In Mantua the superintended decided that for every mask exemption letter, the parent would have to fill out and sign a school form that would release all the child’s medical records to the superintendent. Just your doctor’s note won’t cut it.
Yeah, you saw right. They want to release medical records, not the ‘school physician,’ but to a non-medical person in charge of your school that will rifle through your child’s personal medical records who has no business doing so.
But wait, there’s more.
In Upper Township sent this message to the parents:
If your child refused to wear a mask, “Outside agencies may be contacted.” Who are these MASK police? The CDC? The Department of Health? The State Police? FBI? CIA? NSA? …
OR are they trying to make you think that they will call Child Protective Services on you? Is your kid refusing to wear a mask considered abuse and neglect?
No!
Let these dopes call. The Department of Children and Families is understaffed, full of hardworking, underpaid caring people who don’t take kindly to false reporting. They have too many NJ kids who are actually in danger to save. They don’t have time or the staff to jerk-around with frivolous calls.
In addition, no mandated reporter in their right mind would make a call about a kid refusing to wear a mask. This is a pathetic bluff by the superintendent to flex his power muscle.
They are losing, that’s why they are coming up with these crazy ideas to get you to mask your kid.
But that isn’t true for all districts. Some are on our side.
Congratulations to Middletown BOE who wrote a resolution to enable parents to write a mask exemption for their kids. That’s all we are asking for.
Keep it up folks. Its working.
Thank you, Nik! This is fantastic. It is exhausting, but I agree with you that it is working 👊🏼
Glad to hear South Jersey is not woke vulnerable
