Mr. Jon Posch just told the High school kids of Shawnee that if you don’t like looking at gay men holding hands, then you must be gay yourself. Told the kids that preachers and republicans are closeted gays and are outed every year. Talks about feeling “tingly.” Why is this conversation EVEN in the English classroom?
If you agree with the observations, that overly anti-gay people are probably gay themselves, it doesn’t really matter, the classroom is not a place for this discussion. I went to High school, this never came up in the classroom discussion.
