Passaic county’s COVID-19 cases have been steadily increasing since Thanksgiving, just like it has in all of New Jersey. Four days ago, Passaic School district had a staff rager party for schools 1, 3, 15 and 19, as reported by Marcel Watts (a staff member at Passaic schools) on his facebook page. A few days later Superintendent Sandra Diodonet decided to mask the kids.
Funny, I don’t see any masks in this picture, do you?
Not one seems to particularly concerned about COVID in any of those selfies. Glad you all had a great time… I’m not sure why your district decided to engage in the largest vector of spread … a party > 200 adults during a COVID warning, while maskless children in school are known for their low COVID risk.
Passaic has had the similar cases per capita since December 8th. Did Superintendent Sandra Diodonet wait for the party to occur before she slapped the masks back on the kids?
She has no authority to enforce ineffective mandates on children. If you have a child in the district and interested in a law suit, please send us an e-mail.
Martin Kulldorff (epidemiologist, biostatistician and infectious disease specialist) has sounded the alarm multiple times that there are no randomized trials that have been successful showing that mask mandates are effective , so why are non-disease specialists like superintendent Diodonet forcing masks back on kids?
The reason these mandates are enforced can be explained by the influence of the NJEA on schools and on our Government officials. Its time the NJEA stops playing doctor with our children.
If you are interested in hearing from the other side, feel free to Contact Superintendent Sandra Diodonet directly.

I will call the school tomorrow. It’s the liberal parents that you see masked up at the supermarket. They are freaking out and pulling the superintendent’s strings.
