Chris Auriemma-NJ Senate Candidate-District 36

Chris Auriemma came to my attention from a Facebook post. I saw his fearlessness. He called out the hypocrisy of the rule by mandate imposed upon the American public. In learning more about him, I discovered that he was a veteran. I was sold.

Thomas Jefferson is quoted as having said in a June 19, 1813 letter to James Monroe that, “... it proves more forcibly the necessity of obliging every citizen to be a souldier. this was the case with the Greeks & Romans and must be that of every free state. where there is no oppression there will be no pauper hirelings. we must train & classify the whole of our male citizens, and make military instruction a regular part of collegiate education. we can never be safe till this is done.”

As I observe the failed leadership of the Biden administration in handling the Afghanistan disastrously-executed withdrawal, I am reminded of these words of our founding fathers, and grateful for a man like Chris Auriemma, a veteran who has chosen to offer his service once again. For such a time as this, our State is in dire need of leaders like Chris.

In his own words...

Kristen: Who are you?

Chris: My name is Chris Auriemma. I am a retired US Army Soldier and now a career union firefighter. I am Married with two grown children. My faith is Christian.

Kristen: Why are you running ?

Chris: I am running for the Senate because we have seen that our representatives here in the District ensure other parts of the state get up to 300 percent more funding because they do not work for us, the average resident. Our sitting representatives work the Democrat party.

I will fight for our district and not party. I will fight for the rights of victims of crimes, unlike the incumbents.

I will also fight vehemently against any restrictions against our 1st Amendment right to freedom of speech for people of all faiths in our district. 

We now have elected officials who are pushing for abortion, on demand up until the moment of birth, pushing curricula on children not focused on reading, writing and arithmetic, but rather on far left-wing agendas. Our current radical governor and the Democrat-controlled legislature are running our State as extremist radicals.

We need representatives who will focus on property taxes, opening schools, attracting good-paying jobs, helping to pass policies to help small businesses (businesses that have been decimated by political decisions and not by science), fight to defend the police (not seek to defund the police).

I will fight to change the narrative that nothing can change our State’s trajectory.

I have fought for our country and in Trenton I will fight for our district. 

Kristen: What is your stance on parental choice for medical freedom in schools?

Chris: I stand with liberty in all cases. I believe it is a parent’s choice.

Kristen: What is your favorite amendment?

Chris: The first Amendment, because it is within this Amendment all other amendments take form.

Kristen: Give me your best pitch on why and how we can support your campaign?

Chris: There isn't a moderate Democrat party anymore in NJ. The far-left radicals have pushed the party towards indoctrinating our children, bankrupting our middle class to fund programs to buy votes for incumbents, and now promote moment of birth abortion to full fill obligations owed to their donor, Planned Parenthood.

We need an army of volunteers to get out our literature, share our content and do everything possible to get Murphy out and flip the Senate back to Republican control.
