Beware of the Black Apples
Another leftist activist group is pushing hard this year to help elect BOE candidates.
Emails obtained by NJ Project show that candidates funded by Action Together New Jersey (ATNJ) are frustrated that their ‘sane and decent side’ has not had cohesive messaging like we have with ‘parent’s rights’.
The candidates they back will feature ‘school bus yellow’ and black apples.
They will take your headshots, design your graphics, set up your Facebook page, and even help you get followers and fundraise!
Curious that this effort isn’t mentioned anywhere on their website.
We wonder if this is because Action Together New Jersey is actually a 501(c)(3).
According to the IRS:
Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office. Contributions to political campaign funds or public statements of position (verbal or written) made on behalf of the organization in favor of or in opposition to any candidate for public office clearly violate the prohibition against political campaign activity. Violating this prohibition may result in denial or revocation of tax-exempt status and the imposition of certain excise taxes.
These emails direct the recipients to make a donation to receive a ‘gift’ and support their work. They suggest you can ‘let others know you’re an ally’ by wearing a pin.
Maybe someone should report this to the IRS, just to be sure…
We have checked several NJ ELEC committee reports and have not seen these campaigns claim the in-kind donation. Essentially, they are violating campaign laws by not accounting for this assistance. Any contribution greater than $200 needs to be reported.
Dunnes, Gibbons, Mascolo - Hanover Township
Cassidy - Readington for Hunterdon Central
Hample Fiore Betterman - Readington BOE
Harris, Spence Wallace, Franco-Herman - Montgomery Township
Jenkins Braconi & McPhersons - Sussex-Wantage
Gong - Raritan Township for Hunterdon Central
If you see candidates with this artwork, ask them if they are claiming this contribution to their campaign. You can also anonymously report this violation to NJ ELEC.
Check your candidates and warn others to Beware of the Black Apples.
The New Jersey Project will be publishing a list in the fall of candidates that support parental rights. Be sure to subscribe to our Substack.

Where do they get reported to? I have a bunch of people at the ready....
Interesting enough a black apple made to look red poisoned snow white in contrast to these people poisoning our children. People need to really start standing up and speaking out in mass about these people and their hidden agendas to pollute your children's minds before its too late.
