Activists Attack New Jersey Schools

May has been a banner month for parental rights in NJ public schools. Several Boards introduced or passed policies that require schools to notify parents if their child is changing their gender identity, name, pronouns, etc.
Each District is handling it slightly differently but most are modifying the wording of Policy 5756, which was handed down directly from the NJ DOE. If you need a refresher on 5756, read this first.
There are now half a dozen Boards that have worked to change this policy to include parents whenever a child is requesting a change in their identity. These Boards are not just taking the common sense approach; they are actually aligning their policies to best practices in mental health.
Time and time again, research shows that parental engagement in a child’s mental treatment leads to more positive outcomes. The vast majority of children with gender dysphoria will outgrow it.
These Boards now face lawsuits from the state, activist groups demonstrating at meetings, and random unhinged citizens calling for them to be harassed and intimidated until they repeal the policy. Please take a moment to watch this video attached.
This woman has deemed the Board members who supported these policy changes as “far-right activist cunts” and is encouraging people to engage in cyber terrorism by spamming the Board member emails. She goes on to post their names and pictures. She calls for them to be denied service at local businesses and restaurants, and harassed if you see them in public.
This person does not have children in the district but has made it her personal mission to try to ruin the lives of these Board members.
This is absolutely shameful and vile. These tactics are illegal and we hope this person faces some sort of consequence for making this video.
A commenter then tries to engage in a discussion and raise concerns with the video but is instantly insulted and belittled.
The bottom line is, as Boards start to assert themselves in their roles, instead of passively accepting state guidance, the backlash from activists and the state will intensify.
Again we are asking YOU to get off the sidelines and get in the game:
Support local school boards who are implementing policies that involve parents. Show up at meetings and speak in support.
Run for school board. Elections happen annually and the filing date is rapidly approaching.
CONTACT YOUR LEGISLATORS. They are ALL up for election this year. Let them know that you need them to speak out on these issues and parental rights in schools needs to be at the top of their priority list.
Share these articles with people and on social media. You’d be surprised how many people have no idea what is happening in public schools.

Everyone should be aware that the State AG is seeking to have all efforts to have parents notified by schools of their children transitioning to be deemed a violation of law in its suit against the Hanover Board of Ed. The repercussions could be devastating for parents and children.
I am looking for any parent or parents from anywhere in New Jersey who is interested in intervening in the case to challenge the constitutionality of the state’s law.
