A lot of people have a distain for vote by mail and they want no parts of it.
That’s fine if you always plan on being a loser. To be a winner you have to play the hand you are dealt and stop complaining that your opponent isn’t playing by the same rules that you want to play by.
New Jersey vote by mail is here, it is being used and abused. Refusing to participate in it is not helpful to yourself or anyone suffering under the current tyrannical rule of Governor Murphy. You have to use the resources available to you to make change in the corrupt New Jersey government. After you get your people in (the people who reflect your values and your wishes), then have them change it back.
I have one simple request for all of those with adult children living with you. Have them sign up for vote by mail. Its really that simple. If you have parents/aunts/uncles/cousins who are like minded, convince them to sign up for vote by mail so they never miss an election. Then you can manage and make sure their ballot gets to where it needs to go. We need to get politics back at the kitchen table and to be an important part of family life. We need to work together to make New Jersey better and combat the corruption.
Look at it this way, on our Facebook group, NJ Fresh Face Schools, we have over 12,000 parents, on twitter I have almost 3000 followers and on this news letter we have about 5000 subscribers. If we all spread the news we can make insurmountable change here in New Jersey. We can change who we elect in the primary and who we elect into office and all you need to do is get on board with vote by mail.
It time to register your kids and your parents to vote by mail, click on the link below and print out the form for your county, have them fill it out, turn it into the clerk and make sure you are the responsible to get that ballot counted in the primary and in the general election.
You have 21 days before Election Day to get signed up for vote by mail, but get it done now so you don’t forget.
I’m not just telling you to do it, I did it myself for my child who is turning 18 in September. She is already registered to vote and her ballot will be mailed to the house, I’ll have her fill it out then bring it to the box where it will be counted.
My parents and my husband are already in the habit of voting every election. we discuss the ballot with each other, right down to the school board elections so that everyone can make an informed decision.
I trust my parents will show up on election day. My kid? Not so much. She will be away at college and it will be too much of an inconvenience. If you raised your kid with your values, you will be confident that your adult child will make the right choices for New Jersey.
Imagine if every mom made sure their kids voted in every election. Imagine how that would improve New Jersey.
You must have read my mind. My youngest is a college freshman and my other child is a junior in college (both out of state) and I have been thinking about making sure their vote is counted here in NJ. Can’t thank you enough for all you are doing…this family of four will be voting for sure!
I don't get any mail in ballots. I go to the polls. Are you saying to get those ballots anyway?
