Governor Murphy recently complained that New York's congestion pricing scheme was rushed through federal approval, claiming that there should have been an environmental impact study done before anything was approved. The fact is, the federal government can and did approve the scheme, and there is no legal argument the Governor or his team can make to override that decision. Yet the Governor wastes millions of taxpayer dollars retaining a friend's law firm to look into any way to get around the federal decision. The Governor knows that he is wasting taxpayer funds in an effort that he can never win, just so he can waste tax dollars to pad the wallet of his friends.
Meanwhile, though he complained about having no environmental impact study for the congestion pricing determination, the Governor's treasured wind farm project continues full speed ahead. This is despite the call from several others, including me, to do the very same sort of environmental impact study. The impact study has been requested due to the sharp increase in whale and dolphin deaths along our shores. Goldman Sachs has an ownership stake in Ørsted, which equates to a financial interest for the Governor. He is trying to ram this project down our throats by eliminating "home rule" for the municipalities most directly negatively affected by the project. This is a case where the need for an environmental impact assessment is clearly necessary to show conclusively whether or not the project is the cause of the uptick in whale and dolphin deaths, as would seem obvious ,at least anecdotally, at first look.
The only reason the Governor would refuse to take even a brief pause to confirm or deny this would seem to be related to his financial interest through Goldman Sachs. Mr. Mele says that the Governor has always seemed to be more interested in self-service rather than public service. Gregg Mele is someone who understands the responsibility to provide good stewardship in public office for all the constituency, which includes the whales, dolphins, and the good of the planet.
Gregg Mele says the issues with wind energy that cause it not to be nearly as "clean" as the name "clean energy" suggests. When people look beyond the soundbite of the name to the substance of the research, they see where there is no great difference to the environment after all. Given the costs, financial and otherwise, and the diminished returns toward the stated goal, the wind farm project would seem to be the best candidate to pause on until we find out more about its environmental impact and go back to the drawing board to see if there is a way to make it work better for all the citizens of NJ.

Murphy is taking down this state just like Newsome is doing to Cali. He doesn't give a darn about the people he is supposed to be serving, only fulfilling an agenda laid out by those who think they can run the world. He has no character, no integrity and not because he's a Democrat. These people are all in the club (republican too) and will keep getting elected. Same people run for office...Christie, Pence, Trump.....please..
This so called study, is another means of spending more money. Its so unnecessary when we all know darn right well that the sea life deaths have been caused by this wind mill farm that started. Only common sense is needed to know this.
Murphy is a Soros stooge, who has sold his soul ages ago to the Dark Forces. There is no Murphy, he is a demon, like it or not. Money only matters and power to control. So far he has done a good job. He will not get this done. The fact is that its getting people to the forefront to start doing what we as the people should have done a long time ago, start pushing back and get these monsters out of office asap who were put in not by election but be selection and rigging. Demonrats have been in power way to long, RINOS as well. We re finally seeing the exposure of our country and world like no other time before. Mujphy is being exposed like others are being exposed down to the local levels.
