Typos so I am replying again.

Just got off the phone with Senator Thompson in District 12. Had a good call with the woman who answered. I explained that we need him to leverage our Sheriff to pursue Official Deprivation of Civil Rights which is the crime that fits when officials act against the Constitution and violate our rights.

It is now mandatory that they get onboard or present a better idea. No more fence sitting.

but shouldn't the senator be perusing this?

He carries the weight to get the Sheriff to make a decision I believe. The complaints can be generated by citizens and Investigated by the Sheriff. It is a stretch but the laws are meaningless if they are never pursued. I am trying to find the one approach with the biggest impact. I think loss of their positions and being charged maybe a huge persuader.

I emailed the senators and assembly members from all 40 districts two days ago. I heard back right away from Peters and Stanfield who are my district 8. I also heard back pretty quickly from Scharfenberger in 13. Today I received responses from Bergen in 25 and Pennacchio in 26. All of those who responded to me are against the baby mask mandate. I am thanking all of them for taking the time to respond to me and pushing all of them to be louder in their opposition.
