This war is far from over and there is another battle this Monday, May 9th. The Members of the Senate Education Committee will be meeting and you can go to Trenton to testify or you can you can send your comments or questions via e-mail to OLSAideSED@njleg.org. MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD! Below are the bills that they will be voting on. S2481 “Transparency in Health and Sex Education Curriculum Act”; requires boards of education to solicit parental input on sex education curriculum; sets standards for curriculum delivery in all subject areas; requires boards of education to post curriculum plans online. Our problem is, they never should have allowed these inappropriate standards to come down from the Department of Education in the first place.

Thank you for doing this, it helps! After looking at the first item (S1221). I found conflicting statements within the bill. One would assume it's just "wording", but, since we know how sneakily the back door agendas are being pushed through the front doors, the bill should be specifically and consistently worded. The bill synopsis clearly states "in certain public schools" (meaning middle & high school), but the bill itself states "each school educating students grades 6 through 12 in ALL bathrooms". This is a very big difference. Will the schools be required to place feminine hygiene products within the male bathrooms? Because that is what is being stated here. Even though it is naturally assumed these products do not belong in a male bathroom, this bill is specifically stating it is required in ALL public middle and high school bathrooms.
