The state, is suing Middletown, Marlboro and Manalapan public schools for writing policy that states that teachers and counselors will notify parents regarding a student’s new gender identity or name change, provided there is no evidence that doing so would subject the student to harm (Policy number 5756). Hanover school also has similar policy.
The court ruled today that the school board policy can NOT be placed into effect until it is heard by the court (the preliminary injunction will remain in place).
While that is not a win for parents, it was a good sign that the judge recognized parental rights. It is the court’s hope that the state and the school boards will use this opportunity to come to an agreement balancing civil rights with the “well settled right of parent oversight for the care and upbringing of their children." However in this case, the court was forced to conclude that the preliminary injunction would stay in place for the hearing.
So on to round 2. Ding 🛎️ Ding 🛎️ Ding 🛎️
This upcoming case is important because the state is forcing schools to allow children to socially transitioning without the support or knowledge of parents or the oversight of a doctor. Socially transitioning is a medical therapy that children are choosing for themselves without parental knowledge or guidance. The reality is the schools are incapable of providing support for the child nor can they provide a licensed therapist or doctor to aid in the social transition. This puts the schools at liability for the child’s mental and physical health, since gender issues are comorbid with other mental health issues. Kids who are transition are at higher risk of being bullied and committing suicide. Who will be the advocate for the child, protecting them in this situation? The schools are now at risk of lawsuits from issues that arise due to social transitioning with no support system, diagnosis, or legal authority.
To make it more complicated, a few weeks ago, the State BOE made the decision that sex education can no longer be separated by sex, but according to GENDER IDENTITY. This means that boys will have lessons on a period they will never get and girls will not have lessons on a period they will get according to THEIR OWN PREFERENCE. Your child could be missing out on the education that they need because they are now making the decision without parental knowledge and guidance.
So I’d like to invite you to speak out at the State BOE meeting on Sept 6th (I know the timing sucks because it’s the first day of school) to discuss the terrible policies that are being voted in by the state BOE. If you want to speak you MUST SIGN UP, they are running out of spots FAST. WE NEED MORE SPEAKERS cheering on parental rights!!!! Link below.

Platkin has young kids of his own. For shame. Invite James O Keefe to the protest, he is exposing many Jersey school boards.
If things have to be put on hold because of the hearing, that can take forever. There are always postponements with these attorneys and courts.
What date is set for that?
Sorry, can't be there, will be a cheerleader for sure. Will it be televised? You should seek out those who are public figures in media that will attend to get more attention to this state and its atrocities.
We wouldn't need any counselors for mental health if our children were being taught the basics. How disgusting we have become, masks, quarantines, shut downs, JABS, some already died because of this. We are losing thousands of young people. They came after our kids and they did a good job on getting them.
We were all conditioned by these maniacs and the Murphys of the world are carrying out the agenda, loving every minute.
