My son, who is a senior, goes to this High School and he sees how there are more fights than when he was a freshman. The school never sends out letters denouncing violence, but constantly send out letters telling parents about “hate speech,” incidents, because they care more about protecting minority and LGBT students than protecting ALL students,

You're not advocating for violence by punishing the attacker and not the victim. You are sending a message to the bullies that their violence will not be tolerated and we don't punish those who defend themselves. Defending oneself is not violence. It's self-defense. Big difference.

The same thing happened in Wayne Hills HS last week! A sophomore boy punched a sophomore girl several times, she ended up with multiple injuries including a concussion! A young man who tried to step in between them was punished and suspended from school along with the 2. This is crazy - the anger !

This is happening at schools all over the state, especially when they bring in a student who has been thrown out of other schools for bad behavior. There is zero accountability and when kids don't feel safe they will become connected with gangs as they see no other way. It has happened in every community that has reduced police budgets. Think it can't happen in your community? Count on it.

Violence like these fights has escalated in most districts, including the burbs, if you think it hasn't you aren't getting the truth. I've seen at least 9 fight videos over the past two years in my so called model school district who has armed pd on site at HS. Used to be one fight a year likely after school yes kids fight but it's out of control. Blaming the victim is a definite equity latest. it be interesting to see the statistics on pd calls to the schools across the state, data doesn't lie but NOT filing hibs does.

Without God you have no hope, right now the schools are under secular humanism through the philosophy of organized naturalism that's what your combating. Your posts do nothing but generate hatred and animosity you need to add into the picture God the Bible and the Ten Commandments period!

This happened to my grandson in a different County, but worse. We need help. Any resources for lawyers or advocates that aren't connected with the school system or police department. There is some kind of coverup going on. Police didn't investigate fully either as far as we know and refused to show the video to his mom and him. Any help is greatly appreciated!

teach your sons: do not punch back. rather: tackle your attacker immediately - take him down. good if use your attacker's advances toward you as momentum for a "pull-down" in your direction, past you. would be good for all boys (and men, and women) to practice this operation in a controlled environment first.
