Dear NJ Legislators,
As your constituents, it has become clear that perhaps you (ahem - Democrats, RINOS) need to be reminded the Legislative Branch is a system of checks and balances which prevents any branch (ahem - Executive Branch) from abusing its’ power.
Well, we are here to tell you that you have been replaced…by the NJEA.
In case the image is a bit blurry, this is what Sean M. Spiller, President of the NJEA sent to his members on January 12th.
You and your NJEA colleagues sent over 14,000 emails to New Jersey legislators calling on them to protect students and staff by continuing the school masking requirement that is still recommended by the CDC. And while the Legislature failed to act before its session ended Monday night, Gov. Murphy heard our message loud and clear. The next day, he used his authority to extend the mask requirement until the Covid situation improves and, as he said in yesterday’s State of the State address, “our children’s smiles can once again light up hallways and classrooms.”
We share his eagerness for that day to arrive and his optimism that it will if we continue to follow the guidance of public health experts. Because of your willingness to speak up, our schools are safer and that day is closer.
In solidarity,
Sean M. Spiller, President
New Jersey Education Association
Our children, the future of NJ, continue to be degraded, humiliated, segregated, and stripped of their God given civil right to bodily autonomy, dignity, and privacy.
All at the hands of the NJEA, the Democratic Legislature, the Governor, and the “public health experts.”
The civil right to bodily autonomy with respect to a particular act if it is carried out must be with intention, understanding, and without controlling influences (ESSER money, backdoor deals you think we don’t know about, political gain) that determine the action.
The last we recall, Sean M. Spiller and the NJEA have never been on a ballot to represent the constituents of NJ…so what are you going to do about it?
If you thought the turnout in the November election was robust? You haven’t seen anything yet.
Sincerely,
Just one eyes wide-opened Constituent

The only reason the CDC recommends masking is because Walensky answers to Weingarten, as shown by emails from last May when the CDC recommended AGAINST masking in fall 2021, and Mrs. Weingarten called Rochie to tell her they'd condemn the CDC...and the CDC reversed their recommendation. As if EITHER of them had a crystal ball - why deciding in May what will be for September? Unless...it has ZERO to do with health and safety! Control control control, make students into little cult members who OBEY. I'm the crazy person? No. Wake up. The Harvard MD head of the CDC with decades of experience and previously Chief of Infectious Disease at Mass General somehow answers to Randi Weingarten at NEA. Which translates to the state level. These sadists do not care about students, and frankly, they don't care about the health of their teachers trying to teach 7+ hours a day in masks which is not healthy at all.
