Substitute Teacher fired in Roselle Park

When the board of education(BOE) elects a new hire for the school district, they have about 2 days to decide on a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ vote. The BOE relies on the superintendent and principal to do the research and background check, then provide a candidate list of acceptable future hirees.

It’s not the policy of most schools to check the social media accounts of staff employment candidates. In the case of Austin McCaffrey from Roselle Park, they could have checked Google and social media, only to find that Austin is an artistic young man with nice looking linked-in, photo gallery, and news articles. Additionally, he did go through that same school system at Roselle Park with his family being well known in the community.

So it was probably pretty shocking when a parent went to the district with disturbing images that their child found on social media. Kids are clever. They grew up with the internet and can find anything. So, OF COURSE, a student found the teacher’s social media with images of the substitute teacher eating babies and screwing mannequins.

These images have been deleted since sent to the school. However, the team here at New Jersey Project is a bit more internet savvy than the average kid, so we were able to go way down the rabbit hole and find the instagram account, YouTube account and 20 albums written and performed by “The Convincing Actor”, AKA Lavender McCaffrey, AKA Austin McCaffrey.

We started with a facebook search that found the parents of ‘Lavender’ (AKA Austin) announcing that their ‘transgender” daughter was fired from 3 positions at the Roselle Park School. Kind of surprising that Austin considered himself a female since those images above are clearly something that only a male could do with his penis.

The parents of “Lavender” are trying to claim that “she” was fired from being a substitute teacher, summer camp counselor, and theater instructor because she is transgender. Obviously the parents never checked Lavender’s social media accounts, which indicate that Lavender should not be working with kids K-12.

According to our sources, Austin was hired by the school district and promptly changed his name and pronouns to “Lavender, she/her” on the first day of school. The kids only knew him as Miss Lavender.

Teachers are fired for failing to present themselves appropriately on social media. Just recently teacher in Indiana was fired for having sexual content on an OnlyFans Account. Lavender’s shocking social media accounts don’t even have a paywall, so literally anyone could see or hear it.

If those images and the Instagram aren’t bad enough for you, there is Lavender’s music, one of the 20+ albums named “Reminiscing Over the Family Snuff Film.” For those of you who are not familiar with the dark side of the internet, a “snuff film” is defined as a film that records an actual murder committed solely for the purposes of that film. Lavender’s album is based on the idea of joyfully remembering the video murder of your family, with song titles and lyrics that are equally disturbing.

Just say a student decided to write these things on social media and they were found by the school… Most CERTAINLY the police would be involved in investigating the threat of a school shooting or violent act.

As far as music goes, it’s really edgy, but is this who you want alone all day with your kids? Would you want Marilyn Manson teaching your kid? R. Kelly? No.

Any sane parent would not feel safe with this person being unsupervised with their minor children. Of course, there are activists trying to get this person back in the classroom with the kindergartners. The really messed up thing about this is that the LGBTQ+ community is trying to claim Lavender was fired because “ she” is trans. Being trans is the least of the issues here. Female teachers have been fired for less!

But let’s go there for a second. Austin/ Lavender has claimed to be trans while completely abandoning all the social customs of being a woman. Why is the person in that image above considered to be a woman? All the women that I know don’t let their nipples hang out of their shirts. If this person truly wanted to be a woman then why does he not follow the social norms of being a woman? Comb your hair. Cover your breasts. Shave your face (not just your legs). That’s what women do in 2023 America. I just think this poor kid is completely in the throws of insanity, that’s why none of this makes sense.

The sad part is, the elementary school children in Lavender’s classroom were told to deny their eyes and their ears, coerced to label a person with a full beard wearing a sports coat and speaking in a deep male voice as a “woman.” We were told by 3rd grade Roselle Park parents that when the children made a mistake, calling him “Mr. Lavender” they were promptly sent to the principal’s office. It’s disturbing that the children were forced to suspend reality for this man and call him “Miss Lavender” with she/her pronouns and sent to the principal’s office when they did not comply.

In New Jersey, employers are not permitted to discriminate against an employee because of his or her "gender identity or expression" under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD), so your teacher can just spontaneously announce they have changed their “gender identity” and the school will try to enforce name and pronoun compliance. The New Jersey Department of Education has transgender guidance that requires the same treatment for transgender students.

The public school kids are clearly not OK. We are telling them to deny reality or you will be punished. The kids are not safe when New Jersey Schools struggle to make the choice between the safety of the kids and the state pressure to normalize mental illness.

The most disturbing of all images is the Youtube video where there is a bag over his head and it looks like a child, or a woman on her knees, is stabbing him in the gut.

The “herd” doesn’t want you in the school alone with the kids. My heart breaks for the suffering of this poor soul, but in no way is Austin/Lavender in any mental state to be alone with children, especially as those as young as kindergarten.

The district made the right decision in firing this person but that doesn’t stop the activists from going to the BOE meetings trying to get Lavender reinstated. They act like there is nothing wrong here. Last BOE meeting, plenty of people who got up to speak for Lavender and ONE, ONLY ONE parent got up to speak for the kids. Where are all the parents in Roselle Park???

This cult of narcissism, nihilism, glorifying victimhood and treating mental illness as fashionable is never going to end if sane people refuse to stand up.

Do not leave the superintendent, principal and BOE to be the only people fighting for your kid. It is up to YOU to stand up for your kid at the public meetings. Do NOT WAIT for others to do it.
