It’s not just NJ but also in PA at UPENN Health System. I walked in the the Perelman Center for Advanced medicine without one on tow separate visits in October. On my first, i was not asked until I reached my ENTs office. The second visit for a CT scan where I interacted with no less than 5 employees, including technicians (no doctors) and was not once did any of them even mention it.

The problem is, when 1 or 2 people refuse to comply, they're just some annoying nuts. If 50% of patients refused masks for 3 days in a row, I swear these offices and medical systems would give up! People are SOOOOO TERRIFIEDDDD of standing up for themselves! Of facing off with "authority." The receptionist at your pediatrician's front desk is NOT authority! Say NO. Tell them fine, I'll wait outside. Smile and say "I'll put it on in a minute". Or just smile. I have been doing it for over a year. Yeah, sometimes nurses looking for their 30 seconds of bullying will harass you. Stand up. Stop being polite. You're going to polite yourself into being shipped off to quarantine camps! It's happened before - people are still alive to tell you what happens when you refuse to reject absurdity.

I will never wear a mask again. When asked to put one on, I decline. My dentist insisted (which is insane - they are literally working in your mouth!!!) so I would have to wear it to walk into the office and over to the dental chair. Uh, no. I cancelled the appt. Fingers crossed I don’t need a root canal in the near future. I WILL NOT COMPLY.

The whole system is tyrannical. The people who are woking in this industry need to grow some or they just don't care because they get pay checks.

So glad to hear this young woman speak her mind.

Dear Brave Sister,

You are so right. Thank you for sharing this message. Thank you for such bravery by recording your experience. How humiliating. Yes, yes, I found myself talking out loud while listening to your video!! You totally stepped out of your comfort zone and we must do the same.

Those that are violating our rights must be told so! They must be made to feel uncomfortable about what they're doing. 3 years! The insanity persists. We feel your pain, we are with you in spirit! Feel the love and support! To everyone: do your part, no matter how small. Step out of your comfort zone, just a little. Be Brave!! Xoxo

Just saw the hypocrisy at an urgent care two weeks ago. Telling me to wear one (and handing it to me w their bare hands..gross) while their own colleagues have it on their chin and others coming and going without one at all. When I pointed it out, the colleague told her chin wearing one to put her mask up and they had the nerve to ask me to wear one again “bc of covid”. Then told me I don’t have to wear it in the exam room. Then why wear it at all!?

I tried to point out that the governor stated dr offices can look at the county numbers (all green and low) and make decisions but they just wanted everyone to wear one. I left it on my chin, didn’t wear it at all in the exam room and then walked out without wearing one. I can’t wait for this mask BS to be over as well as the constant testing prior to any procedures.

It is over. There are no more mandates. As long as you comply it will continue

Hackensack Meridian Health forces masks on patients. Pediatric offices too. No mask, no entry. This needs to end

We need to end it. Do not comply.

My husband and I were in a doctors office and I told the nurse that we would not wear a mask. They put us in a private room away from anyone. What a joke.

I just hit this at Raritan family health. I have been going here for a decade. More of a political statement than a scientific one.

It is amazing how people cling to power given to them as we sorted a now long gone pandemic.

On telegram.org there is a group under AlphonseFaggiolo. And when you join this group you can have access to the files and links regarding this matter. The corruption ends when we use the rules, Read the rules and make civil claims against these mandates. You can find a letter for masks, school vaccine letter, etc and also when you join this group the experts are there to answer your questions. WE chip away at the injustice; one municipality, one doctors office, one school district at a time. This group will cite you case decisions that are the law and show you the law and how to use the law for what is right! And know these words that a judge in Pittsburgh issued regarding these mandates: "THE CONSTITUTION CANNOT ACCEPT A QUOTE 'NEW NORMAL' WHERE THE BASIC LIBERTIES OF THE PEOPLE CAN BE SUBORDINATED TO OPEN-ENDED EMERGENCY MITIGATED MEASURES. THE CONSTITUTION SETS LINES AND THESE ACTIONS CROSS THOSE LINES! ...Rise and Shine Warriors!!!

Thank you for this information and people need to be aware of their rights,so many do not look into the constitution and I don't think it's even talked about in school, we need to let this young generation know the true history around and behind this sacred document....

YES! And we can start by downloading the Bill of Rights and having that in your offices/kids work area etc and copies in a file to be shared. Your State Constitution Also must be a part of the work you read. And then you yourselves will start reading and taking notes of Supreme Court cases that you can cite for the fight you're in because that is power and civil & CONSTITUTIONAL rights will be violated when these cases are put into the fight at hand and the judgement or decision goes against you. So we must be disciplined in learning the format in which we present our stand. And when you loose that little battle, you must understand and KNOW that your correct well thought and researched presentation is the weapon to take to an Appellate Court and sue in Federal Court because it IS the law of the land! It will take hours and hours to dive into all the reading and note taking. AND OUR CHILDREN ARE WORTH IT! Buckle up Buttercups and never back down....."Learn About The Good And Learn About The Darkness. And As Long As You Can Breath, Fight To The End!"

I am SO sick of this! My son broke his leg and we've been to CHOP several times in the past 2 months. They force us to wear a mask. Now he needs PT, so I'll be going even more often.

I knew the CDC no longer recommends it, but did Murphy put out a statement too? CHOP keeps telling me that it's state health rules. I haven't seen him or the woman who needs no introduction say anything, but if I can show proof that the state no longer requires it, maybe I can get them to see reason.

Yes new jersey no longer requires it. This is up to your doctor's office but they will tell you they are protected behind mandates. This is false.

Hunterdon Medical Center offices as well. Went into the speech pathology office early yesterday a.m. - no mask. They let me sit there w/o one until pathologist came to talk. Said "put one on incase someone comes in" (insert eye roll). I should have spoken up and will next time.

I went to a corporate physical therapy office in Florida earlier this year, and they were still on their mask bender. I refused to wear it and asked if we could meet privately in an office behind a closed door. The therapist agreed, but I spent the entire time having him show me a home program. Told him I would not be returning due to that inane mask policy.

I wonder if they are still pushing the mask Marxism there? Most medical offices in Florida now no longer require a face diaper. I love that this woman went all Jersey on ‘em, and I really hope she filed that lawsuit. Refusal to accommodate under ADA law is a serious legal violation!

Same thing in Michigan at UM Health facilities. It’s the only place you’re still forced to wear a mask. I thought the practice of medicine was purely objective and fact-based. However they’re moving way slower than the speed of science.

I have been told that the doctors and licensed medical practitioners are being threatened with excessive fines and license suspensions if they do not comply, and that includes patients.

I completely agree with this woman, and I hope she is successful, but I am unsure she will win this battle. It's not right, but in New Jersey, there is a lot that is not right.
