I remain concerned regarding the school’s ultimate terms of admission for students in the Fall of 2021-2022 in the LEA plan. I understand that the plan may be amended at any time, as needs arise.
However, I want to reiterate that regardless of any change in the CDC guidance, suggestions from the AAP, or proposals for the Department of Education or Health , I DO NOT consent to mandatory masking as a condition for my child to receive an in-person education this fall. We allowed him to attend in the 2020-2021 term with a mask, before data existed to establish that masking children was neither necessary nor beneficial to their health.
As you may be aware, there is already pending litigation in the US district court of NJ intended to prohibit the Governor, Department of Education and Department of Health from issuing future mask mandates. For your reference, the case number is 2:21-cv-13271. I am not a participant in the litigation, but I do concur with the proposed class Plaintiffs that injunctive relief is appropriate.
Going forward, I consider a mandatory mask requirement for my child to be a impermissible medical intervention. Please confirm in a written response, or publicly at the next Board of Education meeting, that our township remains committed to the terms in the current LEA plan.
I just viewed AmericasFrontLineDoctors (AFLDS.org) to view their SUMMIT of July27,2021. After clicking SMMIT I headed for 'The Law' video. And at the 1:20:05 time of the video a lawyer by the name of Sheldon Karasik, JD 'How to obtain a religious exemption'. He explains that the first step is to send a letter to institution opposing mask wearing due to religious reasons. He emphasizes that the law states: for religious exemption you state 'A belief held with the strength & sincerity of a religious belief; something you hold with a great degree of passion & commitment. Some states, & NJ is one of them with their anti-discrimination law referencing creed rather than religious discrimination. And he quoted from the office of the attorney general, "discrimination based on creed protects you if you have a sincere & meaningful moral or ethical belief which you hold with the strength of traditional religious views." Which means you have a belief system exemption to a jab or masks etc that a university or employer cannot seek to impose upon you based on your personal belief system. He explains that nobody can question the bases of your beliefs. He explains that the laws are there. Also at this site are letters to be downloaded to send to your schools or employers. Another site called StandForHealthFreedom.com has petitions to sign regarding these EUA & there is a letter that will reach the representatives in your zip code!!!! Courtroomwatch.org is another great legal informative site that has very detailed letters to be sent that you want to require a return receipt. And then if the institution does sign then their legal team is ready to go from there with you. Keep up the good fight for The Children & the integrity and honor of this nation that soooo many fought & died for.
There is one more ailment to add to the list: Mask Eye. This condition of dry eyes, eyelid styes, and other infections. My eye doctor also has seen a huge jump in these issues since this all started.
Thank you. Letter sent. I just had to make a small change in that I did NOT send my boy back due to mask mandate. Thank you for all your hard work, time & effort.
Was just about to search for a template for certified letter. Saw an unmasked father at the EMPTY park in today, with two little girls in muzzles. It's coming, brace for impact. I DO NOT CONTENT.
Hey parents!! I too refuse to comply with these mandates. One of my girls attends EBH and the other attends Churchill. If someone can help me and point me in the right direction. I have left multiple voicemails to the superintendents office but never get a call back. We have to stand up to this tyranny.

Thank you! Our district hasn’t given us their plan yet. Should I still send this letter?
I think we all need to send these letters no matter what. Certified, with read receipt.

Fire those mandating masks. Let children live. Freedom of choice.
