You are a voice crying in the wilderness of complete apathy and totalitarian control.. Everyone seems sedated heavily on the ongoing deception of lies and confusion. Thank you for speaking out, I wish I could do more, I have shared this with many people, especially amongst Church people, who look at me like I am a Zombie. Yesterday was the feast of the guardian angels, which in my faith, God has given everyone an angel, I can only continue to pray and share this info with people, and pray that you continue to have the strength to expose this deception and confusion.
Spot on. This policy and the Governor’s interpretation of the Law Against Discrimination requiring parents to be kept in the dark about their children’s mental health etc. must be challenged in federal court. What is happening is unconstitutional in my view.
I have a plan to get accelerated action in federal courts. I have told anyone who will listen. For whatever reason, people and boards are interested in allowing events to overtake them rather than to be aggressive in keeping with my approach. These are the issues that Gwyneth and I built our firm for.
They are not constitutional lawyers so they are not taking the constitutional law approach. I do not believe that they will ultimately win in NJ courts given the state Supreme Court’s historic progressivism.

Just stumbled across your Substack. Great article. Thank you for speaking out on this very important issue. Here in Bucks County, PA we are fighting hard to keep control of our school board. We have lawsuits involving district teachers, parents and school administrators over trans rights.

Its tiresome that the law is so slow. This will ruin a generation of kids before it is resolved in court.
