Yup. I'm a physician and told them where they could shove this form at Atlantic Health urgent care just 2 days ago. Absurd.

I’m a nurse in PA. On the intake paperwork for newborns in certain Medicaid-reimbursed programs, the state asks if the newborn is nonbinary. I’ve never once asked a parent such a ludicrous question but our “health care” (lol 2020) systems and government are lousy with this nonsense. Hoping we can root this garbage out in the next 4 years.

The law says the hospitals must do this but that doesn't mean parents must fill out the form. Any parent of a newborn baby that fills out this form is an idiot!!

CRAZY Maybe the term GAY should be said from the perspective of what the term GAY used to mean prior to the take over of the word by those who prefer a same gender to couple with. Born in 1946 all through the years until the take over of the word occurred, the term GAY referred to someone who was happy. I once told a lesbian friend, you cannot co-op this word that has a entirely different meaning to me. New parents can simple say "we are so GAY to have such a happy newborn."
