Sadly, I don't care what is in the letter, what penalties are. The parents and only the parents have the rights. With that being said, they need not comply to anything and TAKE THE CHILDREN OUT OF SCHOOLS, let them lose their funding. Stop this madness, bullcrap and take them out for a week.
