Then 2 yrs Go it was anal and oral sex, Now they jumped right to fetishes. Up next furries and S and M. This is outrageous. I don't know one person who isn't extremely disturbed by this bill with the exception of "steph" we need to push to BOE for complete transparency, cameras, and exclusion to stop this madness. My children will not be party to these lessons. It has NOTHING to do with health besides the mental health problems someone is suffering from to believe this is right.
I have just joined this community as a very concerned grandparent of three grandchildren under the age of five. What can we do at a township level to fight back?
Personally I Feel this has no place in school. I speak freely with my children. My daughter is 10 has asked questions and I answer honestly. I want the schools to focus on teaching my children the basics, reading, writing , math, science and history. Being a parent means having open and honest dialogue with our children. It is not a teacher’s responsibility to raise my child. This has no place in school. My daughter came home and told me she was learning about illegal drugs and their names in 4thGrade!! No thank you on public school. They are not helping children but hurting them in the long run!!
So your “war ” on mask is over so you want a new one with the lgbtq? Parents have always had the same interactions with sex ed since the 90s. The issue is your “straight” ways are the only way and you could care less about lgbtq and their needs in a PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM were all kids should learn about all things even if helicopter fanatics like your self dislike it. I don’t want any other adult talking to kids about sex except their parent or doctor. Teachers can’t even do their jobs well as it is. Look at our literacy rates! Now they want to add a subject ?
