I believe that grounds for a federal lawsuit may well exist. The problem is that fighting it will be costly. But by all means one should be brought. I would certainly take such a case.

There are lawyers out there, if you can find one, that may help with this Pro Bono, Research. Proud of that Mom who stood up for what is right, it does take courage during these unprecedented times! Parents must band together, its harder for them to deal with a large group rather than just one person.

I really want the names of these free lawyers who are independently wealthy and do not need the money.

With all due respect, you get what you pay for. My partner and I left our firm and took the risk of starting our own firm so that we can fight these cases. We have kids in the schools. We are personally invested in this fight. And we also are the best. The question shouldn’t be how can I get a Rolex knockoff for free; the question should be, how can I find a way to get this Rolex at a Timex price?

It certainly raises privacy issues. The union isn't a government entity but the teachers reporting are.

This is unbelievable. Shocking and unacceptable.

There is not one bit of honesty in the communist corrupt NJEA! We need to find out how much they are getting paid off by the communist to push indoctrination

This feels like the twilight zone. The schools are obesssed with bullying by kids but bullying by their staff is seemingly encouraged and organized. Crazy idea but can online harassment and bullying be grounds for an order of protection against the people that posted this info?

Order of protection is usually for domestic.

Agree. And we could use a lawyer to help with possible options. But with the rise in cyber bullying I thought there was a way to make a complaint due to the harassment.

there is. to the prosecutor. Cybercrime is taken care of by the state.

Try the lawyers for Chilrens Health Defense, or Teachers for Choice in NY, maybe then can help find you one. There are groups out there that take on cases for free. It is difficult.

Reading this kind of stuff just makes me even more convinced I did the right thing by moving my family out of NJ.

Dear Math Goddess, I almost feel you are angry at my suggestion. I do realize your complete frustration with trying to fight this appalling situation. I am a 79 year old Grandmother, who lives in Staten Island but have grandchildren who live in NJ, hence my reading your column.

There are several groups of Lawyers who take on cases and work them pro bono. The trick is to get them to listen to you, after all you are “Mathgodess” from Chaos and Control! Perhaps some of the parents could spare some time to make some calls. Persistence may pay off.

The Pacific Justice Institute, a non profit, pro-family organization just took on a case for Hanover township NJ, against the Attorney Gen Matt Platkin. Ill forward to you. It’s worth giving them a call.

There is also the following groups:

Thomas Moore Society,

Alliance Defending Freedom

Liberty Council

All of these take on pro bono work, mostly for religious liberty, but its certainly worth a try. If I hear of any others I will definitely forward to you.

Let me start with this, I'm not angry. Please do not put your emotions on my text. If you know know to get a hold of people from these organizations then please contact them. When you get the lawer, please feel free to contact me and then I can provide people who would like to sue the state. Listing organizations is not helpful. It would be helpful if you did the research, contacted these organizations for their help, then get back to me, and I can provide you with a list of names and numbers of a lists of plaintiffs. There needs to be someone, ANYONE, who reads this substack to take it upon themselves to do the work. There are almost 9000 people reading this publication. There is 1 me. Suggesting that I do more without offering your help is not helpful. If "someone" should do it, then maybe you can be that someone.
