Gender dysphoria is a very unfortunate condition usually accompanied by other emotional difficulties. Fortunately, the majority of those who experience gender dysphoria outgrow it. Unfortunately, the “gender affirming“ nonsense that they are prescribed is not so temporary. Teachers and administrators should hop off the gender (and climate and racism) bandwagon and get back to math, reading, and science (which they are not doing well).
The hubris required to interfere with parents rights in NJ is bad enough but to extend it to other states is beyond the pale. History will show that this “gender affirming care” was all centered around the money made in providing and promoting such care. There is a special place in hell for these people.
Well, we need to think about how stupid are the parents to allow this to happen to their child. I would do everything in my power to stop them from thinking this way. They are under age as well, even though schools don't think we need to know. As long as the schools push this, its going to be tough. In the meantime, they need to stand up to their children and say NO.
I have seen how this happens. The parent's don't know and aren't informed. They think its just a phase and have no idea how the school is participating in this.
We have to stop using the term “transgender”. It is not possible for a person to be transgendered. There may be people with physical anomalies, but the genes still code male or female.
