NOT GOOD ENOUGH MURPHY

Call to Action: We need masks off at desks immediately

Murphy has extended NJ mask mandate ANOTHER month to March 7th. The goofy news media will tell you that Murphy is moving towards “normalcy.” But in reality, he can make empty promises now, then pull the rug out from under us, like he did this August when he put the mandates back in place after eliminating the mandates at the beginning of the summer. This man has yo-yo’ed us for 2 years. Why should I trust him now?

I don’t trust him.

Framing a continuation of his order to mask kids as a ‘return to normal’ is more than disingenuous. Its a lie. New Jersey needs better. We need an olive branch from the NJ government to ensure that our children actually are returning to normal this time. THERE IS NO REASON FOR ANY OF US TO TRUST HIM NOW.

Murphy and NJ legislature need to give us something to SHOW our kids that it IS CHANGING.

Dear reader, I’m calling on YOU, as a child advocate, to join with me and call the governor’s office to and urge him to change to mandate to allow the kids to take off the masks while seated.

I was on twitter last week and I was annoyed to see Murphy keeping the mask on when he walks in the door of a business to get takeout, but,

• when he’s outside he has the mask off

• and when he sits down, he takes the mask off.

  How can he do this nonsense and still keep the masks on our kids ALL DAY FOR 6 to 12 hours with clubs and aftercare? He wants this to go on for another month WHILE HE DOESN’T FOLLOW HIS OWN RULES! Like the majority of government offical’s, the rules don’t apply to him, only the lowly surfs (your kids) need to mask all day.
