Maybe if they listened to parents they would not have to “grandstand”. Maybe if they stayed in their lane (teach the three Rs comes to mind) and didn’t try to introduce topics that are age inappropriate parents would not have to “grandstand”. We don’t know what went on in the entire meeting but I do know that the superintendent has to be respectful. His disdain for the parents is apparent and he should resign.
