The Big Lie

“BUT BUT BUT… YOU ARE OUTING LGBTQ2IA+ STUDENTS (WHEN YOU INFORM PARENTS THAT THE CHILD HAS OFFICIALLY CHANGED THEIR NAME AND PRONOUNS IN THE SCHOOL DATABASE SO THAT EVERYONE IN THE SCHOOL IS FORCED TO RECOGNIZE THE CHILD’S NEW IDENTITY!!!)” - The cry of the progressive left.

“BUT YOU ARE BANNING BOOKS (THAT ARE SEXUALLY EXPLICIT AND INCLUDE AGE INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT AND IMAGES )”

Of course the extremists leave the second part of these sentences out and just claim that schools are force-outing students to the world or are banning books like “To kill a Mockingbird.”

It’s frustrating to see people gaslight parents that don’t want schools creating two separate records to hide the fact that their child is socially transitioning. The schools are foolish to think that every child and volunteer parent in that school will also keep up with the lie after only calling the kid their “preferred name”. Let’s make this clear, when the school enforces the student’s preferred name and pronouns to be used by EVERY person in the school community, the kid is out.

The biggest spreader of the “outing students” lie is Garden State Equality. They send their progressive activists to our community school’s BOE meetings to shout-down members that don’t want the school to be responsible for guiding a child through social transitioning without the knowledge of a parent and claim that these policies will “out” kids.

Teacher’s Union=Radical Progressives

Another extreme progressive group jumping on the lie bandwagon is the teacher’s union (NJEA). The NJEA spends member dues on public videos and memes to gaslight parents. Can’t they just stick to contract negotiations for teachers and staff? Why do they need to engage in the culture wars with parents?

Hey, NJEA, NO ONE IS “OUTING” GAY STUDENTS!!! I’ll say it again for the people who aren’t paying attention, “THIS IS ABOUT PARENTS MAKING MEDICAL DECISIONS FOR THEIR CHILDREN WITHOUT SCHOOL INTERFERENCE.” AND NO ONE IS BANNING DIVERSE BOOKS!! We don’t want PORN AND EROTICA in the school library!

Just remember, BOE members and people endorsed by the NJEA are running this year for your child’s school board. It is clear that union members DO NOT REPRESENT THE BEST INTEREST OF YOUR CHILDREN. Heck, they NO LONGER represent the best interest of TEACHERS either. The Teacher’s union is only interested in carrying out the agenda of their union (far left progressives, like the NJEA president) and could give a care about people. This change has been obvious since 2020 when New Jersey children (and teachers) were locked down longer and masked longer in New Jersey than other states BECAUSE of the radical progressive union (see video below).

When the masks were coming off the kids and teachers AFTER 2 YEARS (in January 2022), the NJEA put out an article saying “FAILURE TO EXTEND SCHOOL MASK MANDATE IS EDUCATIONAL MALPRACTICE.” They even sent over 14,000 emails to the legislature in January 2022 to keep the kids masked.

I believe the NJEA would do harm to our kids on behalf of the progressive agenda. I am convinced our children would still be masked in school if we didn’t rise up and put up “Unmask Our Kid’s” billboard on the turnpike, harass our superintendents to write Murphy to get the masks off the kids and send over 100K e-mails to the New Jersey Legislature in January 2023.

Since mask mandates are gone, the NJEA’s current focus is to require schools to lie to parents about medical conditions and keep erotica in the library.

The Bad Apples

And if these organizations aren’t bad enough, you have Action Together (AKA the Bad Apples) supporting more progressives to run for BOE.

Since 2020 there are many NJEA representatives that held the local BOE positions, but are slowly getting pushed out as parents, grandparents and child advocates wake up to realize that the extremist progressive machine has been invading our schools for years.  

Since we have been so successful at pushing out the interlopers, now enters Action Together to try to save the progressive strong hold on the schools and win the war with parents. This year, these progressives have decided to identify with black apples, or we like to say, “Bad Apples”.  

Over the past several weeks connections have been made between these candidates and their political activist progressive overlords. You may have noticed that logos are changing, their message is changing, and they are trying to scrape together what they can to keep their campaign alive to push parents out of the equation.  

“Focus on Education” is the tagline for these bad apple progressives. When they speak at public board meetings, they claim they “support policies that keep parents informed about their minor child”;  however, when asked specifically about parental rights, they quickly change their tune, just like their logo colors. They are trying hard to blend in to look normal by saying what you want to hear. 

How can you be for parental rights when you want to keep kid’s vital medical information hidden from parents? 

Profile of Progressive Hanover Candidates

The current Hanover BOE and their amazing lawyer have been a fierce champions of the kids and advocates for parental rights. The board voted unanimously to eliminate Policy 5756 and voted to implement parental notification 8463. These moves frighten progressives, so now they need to get their anti-parent candidates in office ASAP to reverse these decisions. Let’s look at Hanover’s new progressive candidates promoted by Action Together:

Brian Gibbons is the Chief of Police in Chatham Township.  During the “Covid pandemic” Gibbons was given props by Governor Murphy in one of the daily televised fear induced “Poor Soul’s” news briefings. Gibbons implemented a Covid ambassador program that distributed masks and reminded everyone to stay 6’ apart.   Gibbons furthered Murphy’s COVID fear mongering tactics speaking publicly at a Hanover Board of Ed meeting, proudly lecturing the crowd stating, “it is your civic duty to get vaccinated”.  

As in the case of Christina Dunne, you don’t have to dig too deep to understand how passionate she is for the progressive side of the democratic party and all that they believe. Her husband was the president of the Hanover Democratic club, and she canvasses and walks with extremist politicians such as Corey Booker and Mikki Sherrill. 

Candidate Karen Mascolo can be found at Hanover BOE public meetings expressing that we should all roll over and take it up the 🍑 from the state. She insists that Hanover should stop fighting the state to maintain the constitutional rights of parental so the board can concentrate on COVID learning loss (like we can’t do both). Annoyingly, Karen’s own mother, head of the local teacher’s union, signed a letter aligning with the NJEA, preventing schools to reopen.  Karen was completely aligned with this, as shown by her Facebook profile image of “stay home”.  The NJEA kept the Hanover kids remote, half days, alternating days longer than they should have when other students were back in school full time September 2020.  The teachers union, supported by the Mascolo family was part of the reason for the learning loss that the Hanover kids encountered, and now their slate is running with the idea of fixing the problem they created.    

All three progressive hanover candidates that “Focus on Education” were prompted to run for the BOE because of policy 8463- Parental Notification.  This policy was created to inform parents when students show signs of mental/emotional/physical distress.  These progressives are under the impression that parents will beat their child to death if they hear the child is suffering from some emotional problem, and it is the school’s responsibility to direct psychological therapies like “social transitioning” under parent’s noses.  “Focus on Education” candidates think the school can parent the children better than parents, like all extremist progressives. 

Progressives In Your District Too

Look out in your community for “Focus on Education” candidates that will gaslight parents while sneaking in policies against parent’s wishes such as giving the child medical and psychological treatments and to implement policies like masks and socially transition students. We can’t take any risks on extremists after what took place from March 2020- March 2022.
