In my opinion you have 2 immediate options. All parents must agree to send kids maskless, it's impossible to isolate/segregate the entire student body. Or kids should begin to hyperventilate and faint. This should get their attention.

Yes you are a segregationist. An Executive Order is not law if it conflicts the Constitution of The United States. You suggested that your student educate himself. Why don’t you do the same.
