Parents are finally running to curb the power of the teachers union all over the country. New Jersey parents now realize that NJEA shapes public education through the process of electing school board members. Parents have finally put their hats in the ring and are slowly taking the power away from the union. The NJEA was the primary force behind school closures and masking mandates. The majority of parents disagree with these union positions, as they caused a massive learning loss to our children.
Previously, the New Jersey Teacher’s union put forth candidates that would could negotiate labor-friendly contracts with school boards beholden to their interests. And parents were ok with that. But now the NJEA is fighting to force their social agenda on children. Parents will not accept the NJEA’s WOKE approach to turning New Jersey children into Social Justice Warriors. Parents do not want on campus abortion rallies, drag shows, CRT, rainbow revolutionaries, and porn in our K-12 schools.
Its really hard to believe that this is going on in New Jersey schools, until it finally happens in your school and you see it for yourself.
Teacher’s union has too much influence from Democrats, Democrats have too much influence from small activist groups pushing their individualized agenda that does not jive well with parents.
The democrats are about to find out that all of their individualized activist groups are not going to blend well with the American Family and New Jersey Parents will not allow these agendas to be pushed on our kids.
Are YOU ready to run?
Stay tuned for more information about running in your district.
This is great news. But this fight has only just begun. The NJEA will not stop. The parents need to stay strong and keep working on changing the boards.
