This is great news. But this fight has only just begun. The NJEA will not stop. The parents need to stay strong and keep working on changing the boards.

Is there any parents who can stand with me in Sayreville on the new heath standards? I feel completely alone in this fight and the school is making it difficult. Or can anyone recommend a school in the area that isn’t implementing the new standards?

:( not in Morris School District. 2 elections and we can’t get Dawn Parkot on the BoE. Instead we get more years of Melissa Spiotta who is the president of the Junior League of Morristown which hosted a “Drag Brunch” this fall...

In Gloucester county we had 3 out of the 5 we endorsed win. We only have 4 out of 9 on the good side, for lack of better words. They voted for 2 of the 5 slated by a person who is under investigation for ethics and are all union. How they won is beyond me.

Anyway, we got a few, the rest are out. Our township are stupid.
