Many of those things listed are taught outside of the boundaries that legislation sited lists. In particular, most of the CRT stuff permeates all curriculum. By all means, send the letter, but they’ll need to bring a lawyer to enforce it and that lawyer won’t be working for free because the case is a loser.
That's not what our team of lawyers here say who are currently involved in similar cases. There is no law that says you can teach theoretical ideology and the trends of the day in a public school classroom. We don't plan on having the lawyer enforce it, we plan on suing for damages. You can't teach your preferred religion or ideology in school, and we will let the courts enforce that, not the lawyer. There is no law that protects the schools from what's about to happen to them.
No a lawyer didn't write that letter, I thought I made it clear at the top. I'm telling you that there is no protection from the schools for following inappropriate guidelines from the BOE and the schools are being sued right now.
I tried and because he can’t opt out according to the school (even though I did opt him out of SEL), I have to physically sign him out of the building for 20 min. It’s ridiculous that they denied my request for him to go to the media room or to lunch early for that allotted time.
What do you do when, this perversion is taught in other classes, also what do you do during pride month when all the grammar schools every single class of every single Grammar School has to wear their t-shirts and go outside and do parades, and sing songs how do you get out of it that
100% won’t work. At that point just pull the kid from school.
Are you a lawyer?

I have to physically sign my middle schooler out of school for the 20 min SEL lesson 1-2x month.
Tell them to give your son math, they will be a genius.

When they don't honor your letter, you sue and let a court decide.
